Refund & Return Policy
At Ruggd Indian Activewear, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our refund and return process is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns can be raised within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items with visible signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
- Innerwear, accessories, and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
2. Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges for size and color, subject to stock availability.
- Exchange requests must be raised within the same 14-day return window.
- If your preferred size or color is unavailable, we will process a full refund instead.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and navigate to My Orders.
- Select the order and click on “Request Return”.
- Choose the items, select a reason, and submit the request.
- Our team will review your request and arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 2 business days.
- The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after acceptance.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer — bank details will be requested during the return process.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items received.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping charges) at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased on clearance sale or marked “Final Sale”.
- Innerwear, socks, and personal-care items.
- Items returned without original tags, labels, or packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care after delivery.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — but you may raise a return request once it is delivered, as per the eligibility rules above.
